The Chambery Airport is located in the town of Viviers-du-Lac, 3.5 miles/6 kilometres south of Aix-les-Bains and 5 miles/8 kilometres north of Chambery. The airport is just off the A41 Autoroute Exit 13 – Chambery Nord. After exiting the Autoroute follow the airport signs.
There is taxi service at Chambery Airport. The taxi stand is just in front of the terminal building. The cost to take a taxi from the airport to the Chambery train station is 20 euros, the trip takes about 10 minutes.
