I used Chambery a few times last ski season with Flybe. I thought that there was a website problem with Flybe's site as I was unable to book any midweek flights or the forthcoming season. After a dozen or so mails and a couple of phone calls they confirmed that there would be no further Tuesday or Thursday flights for the 2011/2012 season and that existing bookings are being moved to other flights. They are still shown as' Full or not enough seats 'on the website but this is because they have excluded them all from bookings. Hope this is a useful update for all those potential users of this service.
