Transfers between Tignes and Chambery Airport

Are there any transfers available between Tignes and Chambery Airport in February?

There is also Altibus - Altibus, but the site is in French.
Other than that I don’t really know. The web site for Tignes didn’t have much in the way of info for access. Jeff
